Students on Ice IPY Expeditions
The chance to experience the world's Polar Regions first hand is both awe-inspiring and motivational. The IPY Youth Steering Committee has teamed up with Students on Ice to provide as many students as possible with this life changing experience. The expeditions will take place during the Polar Year and will provide students with an opportunity to visit the Polar Regions during the most active phase of research on them in fifty years.
