The only reason that resource development is harming the world is because we are causing it. A lot of countries in the world are competing for oil rights in the Arctic. This is causing erosion more significantely in the Polar Ice, and is causing homes for small creatures in the Arctic to clapse, leaving them to freeze in the open air, where a predator may also find them. Most of the people that establish land lines in the ice either don't know what they are damaging, or don't really care about the death and erosion that they are causing. We need to stop this carelessness, and save the state of our planet.
After reading this post, will you try to make a difference in your community? It might help more people realize what they are doing wrong.

hey, your so right we do need the people that dont care to relize what they are doing to the enviroment, and animals!! somehow, someday, they will relize what they are doing to our planet.. just hope they relize befor they are all instinct!! but if it is to late for them to relize, then they wont care for those animals lives.... i just think bout the animals as if i was one. like we the humans were animals and global warming was threatening us and people were killing us.. the animals dont know what is going on.. they are defensless!!! they cant do anything bout it!! only we can!!!!! i want to help!!!!!! help the animals!!!!! pretend we are animals indangered!! what would we do??? how would people think if we were defensless??? HELP THE POOR ANIMALS. CARE FOR THEM!!!
