Global Warming Needs to Stop

People need to know how much global warming is affecting our planet! Soon, our Earth will burst up into flames, or if that doesn't happen, there will practically be no land to live on! All of our precious animals will go extinct! Polar bears will die off first, following by all of the animals on the food chain, because of bio- accumulation from the ice glaciers melting. Algae and small animals die off because they live on the underside of the glaciers that are melting, and then when they die, krill die, and almost all of the animals on the sea food chain will also die off because they are dependent on the krill. This is very serious, and if we don't take a stand soon, we will not be able to stop any of this from happening!
If any of you have ever seen the movie by Al Gore, "An Inconvinient Truth", you will realize what we are doing to our planet. I cannot beloeve that we are being so stupid and just killing our planet! In the last 70 years, the temperature has gone up more than in the early thousands of years!!! We can prevent this from happening, if we only try to help!
It doesn't take that much to help our planet. Just recycle, conserve energy, and basically try not to do anything that will harm the planet, such as littering. Just one person can help, and it only takes about 15 minutes a day. People can do community service to help pick up trash, and we can also find ways to conserve anergy by getting flourescent lightbulbs. This is a small price to pay for being able to live!!!

I think that this is definetly an aritcle that has some meaning and I think that we should get up and make a difference. I also know that if everyone pitches in, then we will be able to make a difference. The lazy people in the world can't expect other people to do it for them, because it is going to take everyone pitching in to make a difference in this world.
If we all pitch in and make an effort to make a difference, then we can get out of this mess and save the planet!! We just need to make the choice to help the Earth, because if we expect everyone else to do it for us we are never going to get out of this.
We need to do what is right and make a difference, otherwise this will never be resolved!!

I agree with you. I think that global warming needs to stop and it should not be fair for animals to die, when they did not even do anything wrong. People need to stop global warming. Like Grace said it will only take about 15 minutes a day if everyone helps us out.
